I'm having the same problem: severe framedrops both during gameplay and during cutscenes. My pc specs are:
AMD Phenom II X6
8 GB Ram
650 GTX TI -Driver up to date: 344.75
I can't play the game like this, so I will wait until you have fixed it. I'm really looking forward to it
