Terrible FPS
In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...

I'm with you all. I really don't care about cutscenes. It's enough for me if I get to play the game itself decently. If it does not stutter during combat and exploring it's enough for me. I've saved money for this game for months and I really didn't get any help from anyone regarding this issue. I won't play until they release a patch or fix for this issue.
I mean, some people can play this with older and weaker hardware without problems and other people with much better hardware get this **bleep**...I think that a GTX 770 should be able to max this game out with at least 2xMSAA and get around 60 FPS at least...And I just recently updated my other hardware too. So I do not think that the problem is my rig, or the rigs of other people. Some do say that it is, but there's just too many people who suffer from this, and some of those people have beastly rigs.
It's infuriating isn't it? It almost seems a toss up. Either it works on your computer or it doesn't. I'm sure there is more too it than that but...

That's precisely it; I have a guildie who's on almost identical hardware (I have a slightly better CPU, by less than a GHz,) and his game looks amazing. (We've traded screen caps.) Mine is the precise opposite. Were all the bugged games downloaded from a server with a bad copy or something? o_O
