Terrible FPS
In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...

Same here, it has gotten to the point where I would happily settle for 'barely playable' just so long as I could actually play a little bit. So frustrating, wish we knew if any fixes were on the way: I need a speck of hope to sustain myself on. ☹️
Things for me are mainly choppy in cut scenes. I drop to 30 fps but it plays more like 20. I have win 8.1, quad i7, msi gtx 970, 8gb system ram. Running everything on ultra/ max. Non cut scene parts run smoothly.
