Terrible FPS

As others have done, just wanted to add my voice to this. I'm running:
Windows 7 64 bit
i7-3630QM @ 2.40GHz
12GB system RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX675M with 2GB VRAM
I know that my system isn't good enough to run it on Ultra, but I'm a way above the minimum spec in all categories and even on all settings "Low" and way below native resolution (1200 x 760 down from 1920 x 1200) I have bad frame rates all the time, even just running around the world. It's not so bad as to make it unplayable but it's clunky and it looks awful. Even Origins looks better given how low I have to turn the settings just to have a working game.
