Terrible FPS

Same problem here. Getting 10-11 FPS with almost all settings set to 'low'
I've tried the command line fix to un-peg FPS at 60:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\DragonAgeInquisition.exe" -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+
....no success.
Tried disabling Origin in-game....also no success.
