Terrible FPS
In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...

Cut scenes are capped at 30FPS, i dont know if the following fix is mentioned so i will post it anyway:
60FPS Cut scenes: Right click Inqusition short cut, click properties.
In the Target box copy paste the following leaving a space after ": -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+
So for example it should look like this, note this is on my C drive: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\DragonAgeInquisition.exe" -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+
This will now give you 60FPS cut scenes, far more stable than the 30fps. The only problem i seem to get during gameplay is THE HISSING WASTE, every other map is fine but that one stutters and jerks a little, i am running everything maxed out...
Win 8.1 64bit, 2 x Titans SLI, i7 4770k @ 4.06ghz. 32 gig of ram....
