In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...

This greatly improved performance for me, I still get low FPS in places but the stuttering and massive frame rate drops have stopped after doing this.

Didn't work for me unfortunately.

I think you click 'Program Settings?'
Good luck, it wasn't until I did the BIOS fix I linked to above until I got something worth playing.
EA: Why are we doing this research on our own? Issue a patch!
