My son has my old computer and he can play on medium with very little issue. I have a new computer, better everything and playing on low gives me an FPS issue, newest drivers etc. I'm going to try some of the things others have added to this post but I don't think it will be fixed without a patch. Shame too. I can handle the control issues, plays very much like Dead Space, but this game lags so badly that it is unplayable.
