Terrible FPS

My pc should be able to run this game at 60fps everywhere, OR at least a stable ~45fps.

On medium I constantly flucuate, from 25-60, its hard to enjoy.
On ultra with no AA or Post processing or blur effects, I get 25fps.

Cpu-FX 8350 4.2ghz
Gpu- AMD 295x2
Ram 8g

I was really hoping to crush this game, and have an ultimate experiance. Does anyone think this will be patched soon?

Yeah I have an AMD 6-core.

Okay so I just got off the phone with more Techs.

They have gotten alot of complaints and they have now recognized an engine problem with the game. The EA rep told me the fix would take from 1 week-1 month since it is being done by the studio and they gave no time frame.

Till then, we are stuck but here is one more temporary solution:

>>Origin Tutorial:
Step 1: Boot up Origin
Step 2: Right Click on Dragon Age: Inquisition and select Game Properties
Step 3: Paste
-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+
Step 4: Click Ok then Click Play

Thats right, the previous temporary fix by one of us (a gamer) has been adopted by EA to tide us over until Patch. The EA rep said that this would do nothing if the problem is the ENGINE.

Ya thats just for cuts scenes if i recall, actaully, my cutscenes are the only stable thing, 30fps. It might not be 60 but its stable haha.

That is exactly what the told me. I don't like the idea that I'll have to wait a month to play the game.

they definitely didnt give him a time frame on a fix. nobody does that. 

They may as well have delayed the launch until Christmas...  HOW was something so vital not caught in testing?  I write code for a living; I'd be screaming my head off at my boss if we were about to release in this state!
