I have killed all 10 dragons, and the tracker says 10/10. I went back and reloaded and killed a dragon again, but still hasn't updated. Pretty sad this is still an issue when the original post is in 2014... And a real bummer when playing a game called Dragon Age to kill all the dragons and not get the achievement...
Same story, back when I played the game in 2016 I guess the coolest achievement was broken for me as well... Nicely done and it's 2019 now... 😢
