The latest Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3 does not show mods in game

I downloaded Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3 from Git Hub, the only problem I have is I have to launch it as Administrator to run it. As for the Frosty Tools that come with it I haven't tried those yet
