The Sword Coast - Seeing Red Quest

I`m Lvl 10, on reaching what looks like the entrance to the area with the 4 Lyrium deposits (Cave/Dungeon) symbol, the door is closed and there no action option on the door (Varric is in the group) ... Is this right (access later) or has it bugged out? Thanks.

It's an access later it costs 4 power from the war table you'll see something about red Templars on the storm coast, I'm not sure what triggers it per say but I was level 16 by the time it came up for me. *Edit- I'm pretty sure it's related to a red templar boss you've gotta kill in the emerald grove which you have to use the war table to lure him out once you've completed the majority of that zone
