There isn't manifest.xml and DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe How can i insatall DLC?

Hello,
I found free DLC from bioware and tried to install them but DAUpdater gives error I think problem is manifest.xml file so checked on internet and I found this topic http://forum.bioware.com/topic/4167-redeemed-dlc-unofficial-troubleshooting-and-faq-pc-only/  but I don't have manifest.xml file in \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings also I don't have update service file(DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe). I reinstalled game but nothing changed. How can I install .dazip files and find service file?

EDIT: DA Update Service Diagnostic Beta solved that manifest and service file but ı have another problem When i enter downloadable content menu in game, available content is inactive so i cant click and updte servise is running? and still cant install dlc with manifest.xml
