Door will not open says barred from the other side map indicates one enemy however he is know where to be found please help with this bug

In the keep in the quest right before you kill isshael there is a door that he is behind the door says blocked from the in side I have looked up this quest on u tupe and all the videos the door is open. There is a red dot on my radar indicating an enemy which I believe must be killed before the door is open however the target does not appear anywhere in my tactical view I can see its outline intombed in the bricks there is no way to get to him I have searched the rest of the area no other targets are left living. Please advise.

I only vaguely remember the quest, but I don't think Ishmael is behind any door, he should be standing in a pretty open courtyard in a fort.

Go to about minute 36 of this video, it shows the approach to Ishmael, I don't see a door of any kind.

He is when you played you were able to kill all the targets so the door was open to the court yard unnoticeable if you were not looking for it however I am unable to kill all targets so the door to the court yard is closed blocked from the inside

Hmmm, that certainly does not sound good, the only other advice I have is turn off your PS4/Xbox/PC and restart the game from a slighlty earlier autosave. You could get lucky with that. Sometimes if you load a save without restarting the console or PC weirdnesses persist.
