@CaioCesareGiulio Unfortunately it is unlikely that this is going to happen. Saves can be transferred from Xbox 360 > Xbox One or PS3 > PS4, I imagine because those consoles use similar file systems, etc. Console > PC would be a different matter altogether, I'd think. There are no plans for any further official content or support for the game (no more patches, DLC, etc), so it seems unlikely that there will ever be an official method to do this. It's possible there's a 3rd party program around that could do what you want (I don't have a console, so it's not something I've looked in to), but it would not be supported by EA or Bioware, and therefore should be considered a 'use at your own risk' option.

Gibbed made the save file editors for Mass Effect 2 and 3 that also allowed conversion from Xbox 360 to PC and vice versa, but unfortunately he hasn't made something like that for Dragon Age Inquisition. It would be convenient if BioWare just made the save files cross-platform, like Knights of the Old Republic where PC files can be loaded on iOS and Android, but I'm not sure if Microsoft and/or Sony require save file encryption that would prevent that. Encryption is also the reason why PS3 saves of ME2 and ME3 couldn't be converted for PC.
