If you are on a PC try to repair the game.
(EA app: Game Library > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
Sorry, totally forgot to say I was on a PS4. I've managed to trigger it before now, but it's just suddenly started to happen. I'm guessing this is a clear all game data and start again scenario?
