Trial of the Hermit Doesn't Unlock

I've been having an issue unlocking this achievement. I've killed so many Great Bears that i lost count and i still can't unlock the achievement.

Well, for some reason i had to restart Origin for the achievement to pop up, weird. I also restarted the trials and made sure my inquisitor was the one dealing the final blow, problem fixed
