I have the same problem too. The best I find is two archers and one brute and no matter where I kill him he died and disappear (if I went indoor and go there again I found the three of them always there).
So.. Are they actually going to fix this for us? :/

I had the same problem too. He was not where the marker indicated for me; try reloading then search around the building again. I found him a little away from the marker.
- Of course not. They don't fix game breaking glitches. They steal our money and leave us with an unfinished product.
