It would be nice to get some form of acknowledgement. At least a "Hello, we're working on this/it's on the fix list."
OP here. I tried saving and reloading my game at the Echoback Fort, then tried going up the stairs to search for him. No luck. Servis is nowhere to be found anywhere in the fortress. This is getting annoying.
I've wasted an hour of my life looking for this guy.
Please fix!
I'm having the same issues. I have traveled to Skyhold and returned, exited the game and returned, but there are still the same three soldiers there and nothing else. This is really frustrating, I have been stopped dead in my tracks with this.- I'm sorry for those of you who haven't been able to find him but like others have said, I found him on the stairs proped up away from where the marker was indicating. I wouldn't have noticed him if I didn't read on here that someone else found him there. Hopefully some of you can find him there as well, sorry guys ☹️
- Stop asking politely. They are legally obligated to fix all known bugs within a reasonable amount of time. Seeing as I've encountered this exact issue almost 3 years after it was posted it is clear that the criminals at EA have stolen even more of our money. I want my money back right a * way!

This issue happens when you claim Echoback Fort before starting The trouble with darkspawn. It's not a game breaking issue which explain why it wasn't patched. Loading a previous save will suffice.
PS: The game was released in November 2014, not in November 2013.
- That's great, if you start the game with that knowledge and make a save ahead of time. Many of us didn't have that knowledge though, so we have started a quest that can never be finished. So far, so normal - bugs happen, we report and wait patiently for a fix. However, after two years I expect better than 'deal with it'. I should be able to finish every quest - that seems an expectation well within the bounds of reasonableness.
