Trouble with Darkspawn Quest
I am at the point in this quest where I am supposed to track down Servis in the Western Approaches (Inside Echoback Fort), and am right on top of the quest marker, but Servis is nowhere to be seen. ...

Are they ever going to fix this quest? I'm now on my second playthrough of this game (nearly two months apart), and encountered the exact same problem both times - I go to Echoback Fort, kill everyone (including the guy on the second level where the book and the loot is, who drops a purple), and the quest does not clear.
I can't hear anyone speaking dialogue who I can't see, nor do I see anyone alive on the ground anywhere. I've walked around looking for a dialogue option because of Servis glitching through a wall or something - nothing. My party talks about dealing a blow to the Venatori, but that's it. The quest marker remains in the centre of the fort, and I cannot complete the quest. I've gone back to the fort about four times now and re-killed everyone, and no change.
This is exactly what happened the first time I played the game, after it came out. It appears multiple patches still haven't solved it.
Please fix this problem, or at least acknowledge that it's on the "known issues" list.
I found sollution after one hour of play this quest: Save before exit Coracavus, clear all small Venatori campc, kill mages in Cassandra side quest, kill giants near the both gates and close both rifts. Maybe you dont have to do this all of it, but doing so should help, and upon entering Echobank Fort Servis should appear near Archer when Lazurite ore can be mined.

I do some tests.
When i was tryind find sollution first time i was loading save in Coracavus and always when i go to Echobank fort Servis wont appear.
And one time when i wasn't going to Echobank fort to search him-when i was about kill everything in Canyon(see above) when i get there after crearing whole canyon he was standing in Fort waiting for me.
Now when i load save file from Coracavus and go straigh to Echobank Fort everytime Servis is there waiting for me- i checked about 20 times.
It seems all you have to do is just save before entering Echabank canyon(In Coracavus), go straigh to Echobank Fort and pray he is there., if hes not repeat.
I play on PS3, i hope it helps You guys who got the same bug🙂
