Would help greatly to know what platform you are asking about...aka, PC, Xbox, or Play Station.
If on PC, you open the Origin app, go to your Library, click on DAI, and let the game page open(the one with the orange play button)...below that button should be four white tabs/writing buttons..
Friends Who Play.....Achievements.....Extra Content....Virtual Currency
Click on the Extra content tab, and it should open up a list of all your DLC and the option to download or install. If it shows it is installed, then you may try the repair option which should be in your options(cog icon next to Play button).
