Unable to access DLC using the Physical Copy (PS4)

Hi, I am using a PS4 and just recently bought the Jaws of Hakkon, Tresspasser and Spoils of Avvar DLC. However I am using a physical copy(legitimate) of the game and I am unable to access my fresh DL...

Is it possible for me to trade in my physical copy of the game for a digital one since the DLC only works on that?

Sorry, I was away from the office for a while.

No, there's no system in place to replace a physical copy of the game with a digital one. 

If the disc version is damaged you can find warranty information here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/electronic-arts-warranty-policy/

You could try a friend's disc as a test - if possible -  to determine if that's a factor.
