Unable to download Dragon Age 2

Hello, I just bought Dragon Age 2, but I can't download it. It says there's an issue with Windows Visual [C++], even though I have the latest version, and I'm unable to download the 2008 version. What should I do, please?

Go to your ">Drive<:\EA Games\Dragon Age II\__Installer\vc\vc2008sp1AtlUpdate\redist\" folder and run the "vcredist_x86.exe" as Administrator (Right click the exe > run as Administrator)

Restart the PC afterwards.

Test the game

Yes, even after doing what you told me, I managed to install the new version of C++ 2008 instead of the one the game suggested, and it worked.

Does this error message appear when you try to install the VC++ version from the folder I pointed you to?

Thanks for the reply, but the only VC I have is the 2010 version, not the 2008 one.
