Unable to download Dragon Age 2

Hello, I just bought Dragon Age 2, but I can't download it. It says there's an issue with Windows Visual [C++], even though I have the latest version, and I'm unable to download the 2008 version. What should I do, please?

Go to your ">Drive<:\EA Games\Dragon Age II\__Installer\vc\vc2008sp1AtlUpdate\redist\" folder and run the "vcredist_x86.exe" as Administrator (Right click the exe > run as Administrator)

Restart the PC afterwards.

Test the game
