Unable to download Patch 1.01

I am trying to download patch 1.01 but after 30-50% of the download is complete it stops. The error code 80710723 appears indicating a network/router error. The router and modem are working fine as I can use my other devices and can still access PSN on my PS3 with no problems. If anyone else has had this problem, please assist me.
