Unable to load save games
wondering if anyone here can help me this is the 3rd time it has happened to me. i have had this game since it came out and never had a problem with it i recently redownloaded it. it plays fine untill i got to act 2 and go to the wounded coast for the quest "herbalists task". it will then freeze up and game screen will spaz out and get crazy little lines in every direction. then parts of the screen will slowly turn gray till its all gray. then the program will close. once restarted i try to resume my game i get an error saying " this saved game cant be loaded because the following downloadable content is not installed : arlathan focusing crystal (unauthorized) band of stolen shadows (unauthorized) hawke family crest (unauthorized) i am not sure what DLC these go to but the DLC i have bought/came with my dragon age 2 copy are

these are all for the PC so i honestly have to clue where Arlathan focusing crystal Band of stolen shadows or the Hawke family crest is coming from
