Unauthorised DLC for Dragon Age 2

I am having the "unauthorised DLCs" problem with Dragon Age 2. I bought both the game and the DLC bundle on Steam. I tried changing the manifests, it changed "unauthorised" to authorised but that didn't give me the dlc contents in game. I logged out and on with my EA email countless times in game. I keep seeing answers about different emails for Origin and EA, is that still a problem in 2022? If so, where can I see my Origins email?

@sonic65101 Thank you for the response, unfortunately this was one of many things I had already tried that ultimately failed. I finally gave up and played through the game without dlc's.

The only time I was able to get everything to work, was when I would disconnect my internet connection as game was logging me in. This was no longer a viable way to fix the issue as it would effect more then just my computer and was not really worth the grief.
But again thanks for trying hopefully someone else will benefit from this suggestion.
