If you uninstall the game and search for the game in the store, what options does it give you? If it gives you the option to purchase, that indicates being logged into the wrong account.
This is what it shows me in a search:
If I click on Dragon Age 2, it shows me the product page that says I own the Standard Edition, which I've posted earlier in this thread.
Edit: I have only had one EA account, tied to this email address, I have never logged to another account nor had a different one.
Where was the game purchased originally?
It was a code from The Humble Origin Bundle 2 that activated several games. My account has no purchase information because all I've ever done is activate keys from stores, retail packages, Steam games that required Origin / EA logins, or the old EA On The House giveaways from back in the day.
I also see that EA Play was on the account as well.
Yes, I had a one month trial for it -years ago-. I used to have tons of games in my library because of that trial. I only played one game, IIRC, Battlefield Hardline, and I uninstalled it once the EA Play trial ended. I never tried to install any of them after that; I got a notification from the client saying that they were removed earlier this year, and they no longer appear in my library... but now it keeps showing me that message every time I log in. (See attached photos below.)
So there really is no other choice than to buy the game again?
@FoxhackDN You will not need to purchase it again. The messages you listed with the games have been removed is working as intended. That is EA Play removing games from your library due to the subscription ending. A lot of players including myself received that one. You can ignore those.
I am looking into the DLC part of it though with the game.
I can see the game accessing the servers when you first got it, that isn't the issue. The issue is we cant log in as you and test it, nor can we make any changes account side because we Community Managers not Live support.
Being that there are others with similar issues, Im trying to get those collected so we can see if there is a commonality of why players cannot get that DLC now.

Thank you very much for continuing to look into it.
If Customer Support agents with the clearance to fix this require further information from me (the key I used, activation date, etc.) I can provide that when asked.

Hey, Folks
Wanted to drop in before I take off and let you all know I have forwarded everything over to the team for review.
They are now aware of the following issues with the DA II DLC
- EA app not showing DLC to be downloaded
- Steam players are having issues with downloading and installing the Legacy DLC
Note: the Legacy DLC page is only for those who own and play the game through Steam: These downloads do not work with the EA app.
Once we get word or need more info, we will post here and let you all know what is happening with this issue!
Have a great weekend!
Cheers!
