Unfinished Business cannot be completed
The quest is entitled "Unfinished Business". I completed the killing of "Ser Hildebrandt" and it failed to actually complete, still says it needs to be finished. It appears that I wasn't close enough...

Mine is the one in the western Approach. I cant go back to complete him as the save is at the start of the prison.
Never mind, it will just stay incomplete. It's not like there are no bugs in other quests 😛
if the game bugs and you just load the game it will still be buged so restart the game from desktop
1 restat the game
2 use an older save
