Unreachable Loot - DLC - Decent - Quest Item Earth Shaker (Solved)

The Quest item kinda respawns.

Took awhile but, it seems if you hack and slash the enemies which appear to spawn constantly when you reach the Blockade where you are required to use 5 Earth Shakers

If this situation happened to you, referring to the Loot which is unreachable - you can get more earth shakers killing the people at the gate, on my occasion i had to kill about 30 guys so i got the required amount of earth shakers.

I havent had any problems with the game itself ever before which i could not use google and user made help tips and tricks to solve.
but now

Quest Item - Earth-Shaker, I managed to slay the enemy itself but the loot, spawned on elevated location, which makes it unreachable also cannot be interacted.

3. Steps that you have already taken, if any.

Searched the Google for any relevant information with multiple search results with similar situation.
Attempted to use the Tactical Mode to reach the loot as suggested in multiple posts - even the AI cant reach the loot

Checked previous save files and as I finished the battle, I just saved top of the main save and next is 10 hours away, as I did not spot the unreachable loot right away.

And the Autosaves were already replaced with... may i use "Problematic Situation" Save

I went and attempted to spawn in the quest item with some user recommended program "Cheat Engine" but could not find the proper... line of letters... code... or command line... for the quest item - or even if its possible to spawn one in.
