Unreachable Loot - DLC - Decent - Quest Item Earth Shaker (Solved)

The Quest item kinda respawns. Took awhile but, it seems if you hack and slash the enemies which appear to spawn constantly when you reach the Blockade where you are required to use 5 Earth Shakers ...

Situation Solved, in future reference I should hack and slash multiple enemies to ensure, that similar error does not occur and is really Unreachable.
