I thought this had happened to me, but I reloaded and did it again amd noticed something. Given Inquisition's level up system, perhaps you are like me, who misunderstood and expected to get a skill point. When I did it, I got +1 Strength. An attribute point. Hopefully you missed it like I did and it isn't a bug. Just a suggestion.

It´s not the quest reward. She just doesn´t start praying and the quest is still unresolved.

I had the same issue, solved it by loading an earlier save, then loading the save after she starts praying again. I got the point and the message that the quest was resolved as I walked away.
