i am having issues with updating my email address, i dont remember my password but I have access to email
can you assist me please, I want to change my email for what I currently use, this is an old college email

Is there a way to change your email account if you DON"T have access to your old emails?
Mine is linked to a job I left a year ago and I'm trying to work out how to change it.

You will need to chat with official customer support either on twitter or the EAhelp website and they will try and verify your account using other means. Don't use the forum option as that will bring you back to here and here is a player to player help forum and we can't do anything with accounts. If you don't have access to the email account, then I don't know exactly what they will ask for to help verify, but I know some people have managed to get it done.
They do require some hoop jumping in these instances due to hackers and thieves stealing accounts and thus don't want to help them by easily changing emails of valid account holders to bogus emails.
