Vinsomer the High Dragon never appears.

I've encountered him after he was fighting a giant and have since unlocked Dragon Island. He is no where to be found on the island. He is the last dragon I need for the slaying 10 high dragons achiev...

It's actually listing that I killed him (10/10) but the quest "Dragon Hunter" won't be completed or I won't get the achievement so it must be glitched... Read that you can kill across playthroughs for achievement so I'll just kill another in a new playthrough...

Talked to the Researcher and he just listed off a bunch of dragons he knew of. Went back to Dragon Island and still no dragon or anyone commenting onit.
