Vivienne not using Spirit Blade ability

Well, as of this week, Vivienne is not using Spirit Blade ability at all.If i make her do spirit blade, she autoattacks once, and than AI puts her back to autoattacking as normal mage does. I tried several things: changing the weapon, the upgrades on a weapon, changed even helmet piece as it happened once i replaced it, but nothing works. Can anyone please help me with this issue that i am having on a PC

    I have a similar problem, nearly noone in my group use the focus abillitys. tried everything in the tactic menu, nothing helps. have to activate its by myself..... we have to pray for a patch they would fix that ai bug.

    Inquisition have a big bug, 

    if you don't map the power to controller buttons, the IA/AI will not use it...

    And Vivienne or your inquisitor (mine is knight enchanter) will use the blade, if enemi come attack him to close combat...
