Voices not working for cutscenes or character creation.

Still having this issue - any help from Bioware or EA here?! Patch? work-arounds?

ps3 digital version no voice either this really  furstruting 

im running with a 7.1 sorround sound, sound card. i usually have my settings to go for 8 channels (as my headset can run it and it gives a much nicer effect for music), reducing the channel number from 8 to 2 helped, at 8 they sound distant and you can't hear them at all, as soon as i changed to 2 channels it worked just fine.

mine was fine took a long brake from the game only to come back to voiceless players ! (xbox one)

this FIX has works  on xbox one  i tryed and walla my players now speak again thank you 🙂 

I had contacted multiple origin advisors who couldn't help but this worked, thank you so much!

I've noticed someone solved that problem. I paste here the link to the topic with the solution. I thnk it could work also for XBOX ONE, changing the audio settings.
