Hello.
I've noticed that my footsteps/walking sounds like a horse is running. On some terrain or stairs it sounds right but most of the time it sounds like in this video:

It only sounds so weird when i'm playing a dwarf. Humans and Elves sounds normal.
I have the same issue on my second run through.
I played a dwarf in both runs but only started to get this issue half way through my latest play through.
It's really annoying, sounds like my character has a limp when walking/running on flat ground.
I find myself jumping and looking for uneven sufaces to walk on to get some relief from the "limping horse" sound.
Non Dwarf characters are unaffected.
Anyone managed to fix this?
I've also had this problem. As far as I can tell, I have always had it, but I only occasionally noticed it when playing Varric. When I started my first male Dwarf Inquisitor, it became so annoying that I had to abandon that character.
I made a video demonstrating it:
I only hear the uneven pace with a male dwarf. The Qunari footsteps sound normal.
This video should make the difference clearer. It starts with the normal-sounding Qunari run, and then switches to the trotting Dwarf sound effect.
