Community AdminTo the west of Orlais, there should be a region marker for the Western Approach, with the fade indicator above it. If I remember correctly you don't actually enter straight into Here Lies the Abyss, you'll need to find Adamant Fortress first.
Here's an image of the war table location. Ignore the extra clutter, I only had a later-game save to use.
This icon and the fade indicator are not present on my war map. I have tried going back to an older save, because I remember seeing this on the war map at one point, but it is no longer present on any of my older saves either. Do you have any other suggestions?
