War Table Bug 'A present for bianca' can't be done

I don't even remember telling Leliana to do this mission. It was just there on the war table at one point with the "active" card underneath it. I clicked to look at it and it said Leliana was on it, but it just sits there doing nothing. I've tried talking to both of them to no avail. But as I said, I really do not even think I ordered Leliana to do the mission, but I could be mistaken with the high number of missions available. Also, Leliana is available to do other missions for me  as well.

I have the same issue, and when I click on the report the game just hangs. It shows me a blank parchment and I cant do anything other than alt+tab aout of it and terminate the game from task manager.

Froglord, yours is a different issue -the initially reported issues should be patched out now - that I'm looking into in this thread. Can you post there whether you're at Haven or Skyhold?

it is bugged for me too, and just got a new patch this morning.  in haven.  restarted game, same issue.

Thanks. Hold off on this mission for now. When you get and complete the Investigate the Chalk Markings operation, when it completes can you save and then test if the Bianca then works?

I have this same issue. Never actively started it, it just began on it's own as "active", but never completes. Started in Haven, still the same now in Skyhold. Have done many other missions since, but this one has never completed or opens to manually start. Updated patch from earlier this week, still unchanged.

I am having the same issue as Froglord and I downloaded the latest update.  I was unaware of the issue and had sent Leliana on the mission the night before the patch.  When I started the game last night I went to the war room and all reports came in fine except A Present for Bianca, which shows up as a blank scroll and I have to use task manager to end the game.  I decided to leave it as is for now and continued to play my game, so I really don't want to go back to an early save from two nights ago and not select the quest to begin with.  

I just wanted to point out last night's patch did not resolve the issue.

I also have this bug (PC) - the same blank scroll in the war room at Haven. The only way out is to exit the game from Task Manager

I have exactly the same problem - blank parchment and game stalled.
