War Table Bug 'A present for bianca'

i ordered Leliana to do a 'A present for bianca' misson , and time goes, i can ask Leliana another mission but still 'A present for bianca' mission appears 'In progress'. It can't be done. Leliana now is doing another mission. It seems Bug.

I also have this issue and we are now on patch 6, still locking up my PC. Seriously no patch for this?

I have the same problem. I go to the war table. See the: A Present for Bianca. It looks completed. ( I sent Leliana to do this quest before my upgrade) when I try opening it all I get is a blank parchment. Nothing I can do but restart the game.
