War Table Mission Time
The time on my war table mission is
82476:50:08
What do I do with this? I have lost access to one of my advisers.

This usually happens if you have changed the time on your system (which a lot of people do to skip the time it takes for a war table mission to complete) then set it back with an adviser still doing an operation.
Easiest way to fix it, change the date and time on your system forwards (In your case, 10 years) launch the game, confirm complete any war table operations and DO NOT start any new ones. Close the game, reset your time back to the current date. Then relaunch the game and load your save.
All advisers should be available from that point on.
