War Table problem

So I sent one of my advisors (I don't remember which) on the truth or dare: Lake celestine mission. Left and came back now the mission still says busy and hasn't completed, but I've got access to all my advisors and it's been much longer than an hour so it should be done. Idk. Glitch I guess? I'm up to date on it.
