War Table Side Missions not appearing
By looking on the internet I've come to believe that there are war table missions triggering for others that aren't doing so for me. One example is the follow up to the Strange Chalk Markings mission, which is supposed to involve investigating something called the Executors? Another is the mission or missions that are supposed to trigger as a result of upgrading the Skyhold garden with the Chantry option. I've seen none of these in my game.
Is this the result of a bug, or a design choice reacting to other things I've done in the game?
