In DA1 you could run around in your undies, but considering the snow outside and all the open windows, I guess a pajamas is what is needed not to take cold-damage.

Nexusmods has some other pajamases you can use, and honestly I would not let Bioware spoil the fun of modding by adding heraldricly correct alternative outfits.
