Sure thing! I'll just list everything she was wearing prior to those specific cutscenes. If it matters, helmets were turned off for both of these.

Certain crafted arm mods don't play nice for elves, this sounds like it's related. Could you PM me a copy of a save file where this is happening, ideally just before the cutscene?

The arm mods I had on were not crafted, though - only the leg mods. I can vaguely remember having the same problem while wearing a different armor piece... I'll post again if I see it happen, and when.
