Certain crafted arm mods don't play nice for elves, this sounds like it's related. Could you PM me a copy of a save file where this is happening, ideally just before the cutscene?

Saves are the timestamped .DAS files found at My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save

The arm mods I had on were not crafted, though - only the leg mods. I can vaguely remember having the same problem while wearing a different armor piece... I'll post again if I see it happen, and when.

Thanks for the fast response! I hope it gets sorted out eventually with a patch. If you need any more additional info, let me know. 🙂
