i have run into the same problem it is incredibly frustrating i dont know what to do about i have done everything i have contacted ea used different cards none of it works its like EA doesnt want my money.

I've been getting it for the past week and they've done nothing about it despite me already talking to an 'advisor' many times, I thought a money first customers last company like EA would be all over a fan dying to give them his money for a game he sorely wants to play!

Well i cant buy from Origin.. and according to this forum loads of ppl are having problems installing the game from DVD discs.. i hope the free version is coming out soon.
