What Graphics Card Do I Need to Play DAI (Dell Inspiron 660S)?

Yep, that's what my pc looks like. Guess I'll need to get a new case, as well... :/

I don't suppose there's any chance of running the game just using the built in graphics (without being completely frustrated, that is)? Has anyone tried?

The good thing about desktop PCs is you can upgrade bits as you can afford them (except when one new component requires another, such as a new graphics card requiring a more powerful power supply or a bigger case). Cases probably aren't very expensive, if you don't want any flashy lights etc. Just make sure it has the space you need, enough cooling and your motherboard will fit in it and you should be right. 

As for using the built in card, many people seemed to play the game with Intel integrated graphics without any problems until they installed Trespasser. It probably depends on the Intel card (I know nothing about them, I've never had a motherboard with a built in GPU), and you'd have to have your graphics turned down. You'll know pretty quickly if you're going to have problems, most people with Intel graphics problems encounter them when creating their character (missing character, black background, that sort of thing). So if you want to try, it wouldn't hurt (unless you have a low download limit).

Attempting to ignore the requirements means you have to do everything all by yourself.  No matter what the problem might be, your bad hardware disqualifies you from official support. 

I picked the next-to cheapest case Newegg had catalogued to give you the link.  Getting away from Dell's cases is always a good idea because they want you tied to only their replacement parts, instead of Industry standard ATX.  I didn't even bother looking up the "official" Dell case that a Inspiron MidTower PC comes in, because it would be too expensive, and wouldn't accept the standard ATX power supplies. 

P. S.  I am unable to post a normal reply, about saving some money on the upgrade, and have no idea what's wrong.  I'll post in the website problems page about it!

I'll try giving it a go as is since I don't have any of the DLC yet and just save up enough for the upgrades over the next few months.

I definitely want to meet the recommended requirements. I was just hoping I would only need to buy one additional part to do so instead of two, possibly three. At least I know what I need to do now.
