When does Anders move in?

Hello, 

I'm playing Dragon Age II for Playstation 3 and I have entered into a romance with Anders. We got to the point where he asked to move in, I said yes and I expected him to move in but so far when I go to the Hawke Estate, he is not there. I am currently in Act 2 and am about to complete "Following the Qun" quest. Does he not move in until later or is this a glitch of some sort? If it is a glitch, anyway I can fix it?
