sadly I found them. They are valuables and I sold them all in my first play through so I couldn"t use them, I've been getting them randomly now that I know you have to keep them
Can you tell me where you looted them? Off of bandits, mages, templars? I am working on it now in Exalted Plains, I may be in the wrong local.
Oh, I just found a dragon...great! LOL Near the quarry. Kicked his butt. =)

i remember seeing it when i was in the hinterlands but i dont remember what from
items that you use for quests and requisitions should not be in the valubles section, or should be marked as a quest item, particularly the ones you cant get back after selling
I found 3 in the boat in nw Hinterlands behind the dragon and picked up another 4 in the same area fighting bandits. They are not ore they are listed as valuables. The first time I played through I just sold all blue valuables and didn't have them later in the game.
