White Scene -Where Solas narrates as Inquisitor Tracks North to Find Skyhold

In Your Heart Shall  Burn: Find Your Way Forward. Cut Scene Where Solas narrates as Inquisitor Tracks North to Find Skyhold just turns white and freezes:

Up to this point in the game every cut scene works flawlessly. So, ,why does this cut scene turn white and freeze? Everything is updated. So, don't ask?

System Model: XPS 8700
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8144MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635

It is amazing to me that no one has any answers to my question. Is it because they don't know the answer or is everyone just ignoring my question. Hard to tell these days with EA and Bioware. Clearly this "ANSWER HQ" is a worthless tool. Another EA disaster.

Are u playing with any mods? A few of the eye texture mods were causing this issue for some people. Some have been updated to fix it

Having the same problem.  Hoped that latest patch resolves it but no luck.  If I've got to sit through the song again I'll go crazy!  Game save point is where inquisitor is about to freeze in the snow,  then the song, then the narration by Solas, then freeze right at the part where you observe the caravan going up the mountain .... HELP!

Is there any way to skip this cut scene, lower resolution or reduce memory consumption prior to freeze?  Complete XBOX console restart, unplug, etc. no luck.

    thanks!

You don't meet the system requirements. The minimum GPU Geforce GT 8800 outperforms the GT 635 in benchmarks.

You could also try repairing the installation.

Since you're on Xbox, the problem may be different. I'm not familiar with the Xbox consoles (do you have a 360 or a One?), but if the game is installed to a hard drive, you may need to reinstall.

A friend ran into the same issue with the screen going white. She could hear the audio fine, but just couldn't do anything after that point. She had to uninstall all her mods due a game repair and then was able to continue playing past the Solas narration. She then re-installed her mods once she got to Skyhold.

I have gt 540m, which is weaker than 635m, and i never had white screen on that cinematic, so i doubt that it is his hardware issue.

yes, may need to reinstall.  On xbox one console, and no mods have been applied.  Very odd.
